The Replenishment Systems & Continuous Improvement Analyst is responsible for designing, optimising, and continuously improving replenishment systems and processes to support a scalable, controlled, and efficient supply chain. The role focuses on translating operational challenges into system-driven solutions, reducing manual intervention, and supporting the ongoing development and enhancement of the business’s bespoke demand planning and replenishment tool to enable consistent execution across multiple markets.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Analyse replenishment processes, system behaviour, and exception drivers to identify improvement opportunities

  • Design and implement system logic, validations, and automation to reduce manual intervention and operational risk

  • Support the development and enhancement of replenishment tools and applications (e.g. AppSheet, AppScript or similar platforms)

  • Standardise replenishment processes, rules, and requirements to enable cross-market scalability

  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and drive continuous improvement
     

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

  • Competent in JavaScript, SQL, Excel, and Python

  • Experience with workflow automation or analytics tools

  • Exposure to KNIME or similar tools is advantageous
