WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are not just an L&D Coordinator; you are the Ambassador and Architect of our L&D Team. You will own the full functionality of our internal e-Learning platform, ensuring our 500+ restaurants have seamless access to critical learning and development. The L&D Coordinator will perform all administrative functions within the Learning Management System (LMS) while working closely with the Training team to support overall training coordination. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the LMS user experience and performance.
 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Champion the Learning Culture: Act as the face of the internal LMS Platform, driving engagement and transforming the learning culture through effective, continuous marketing and communication around online learning.
  • System Mastery and Structure (LMS): Master the architecture of LMS, which includes managing the full user lifecycle (registration, deactivation), logically structuring the system by creating store branches, and defining training roles and groups.
  • Departmental Administration: Manage and oversee the overall administrative functions for the Learning & Development department, including budget tracking, resource scheduling, and documentation management.
  • Learning Content and Path Design: Own the end-to-end content workflow, from uploading training materials to building the future of our workforce by creating courses, curricula, career pathways, and course assessments/tests.
  • System Health and Data Integrity: Be the guardian of our data. You will maintain strict data integrity rules, monitor course content, completions, and evaluation processes, and proactively investigate and resolve any technical discrepancies or inconsistencies.
  • Technical Authority: Provide ongoing, expert technical support for the Learning Management System, collaborating closely with the L&D team and other stakeholders to ensure flawless system setup and robust support for all learning activities.
 

REQUIREMENTS (Essential)

  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in a HR/L&D environment.
  • Relevant HRM/HRD qualification.
  • Previous experience in learning management system applications.
  • Previous experience managing/coordinating HR or L&D projects.
  • Basic Project Management skills.
  • LMS Management Experience.
  • QSR, FMCG, Retail branch network experience.
  • Working experience of G-Suite.
