We are seeking a field based Capability Coach to join the Hungry Lion team in Angola. In this role, you will serve as the primary learning and development resource for our stores and regional operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Audits & Assessments: Perform monthly Store Certification Audits and conduct gap assessments to identify operational or leadership deficiencies.
• Training Delivery: Facilitate Manager TTT (Train-the-Trainer) and New Country training sessions via virtual or in-person platforms.
• The 30-Day Rule: Execute mandatory 30-day follow-ups for all training to ensure 100% behavior change and SOP adherence.
• Ops Support: Fulfill training requests from Regional Operations Managers within agreed SLAs.

Operational Rhythm

• Field-Focused: Manage a portfolio of 8–12 stores, performing 1–3 on-site visits per day.
• Weekly Structure: Review follow-up triggers on Mondays, conduct field audits mid-week, and submit activity logs every Friday.
• Reporting: Track all audit scores, pass/fail results, and action plans in a Weekly Activity Log.
